ROOMS & SUITES

Between 1990 and 1998 the renowned architects Boris Podrecca and Albert Mascotti guided the complete renovation of all 100 rooms & suites. They were reconstructed in four different architectural styles, using only the best materials. The suites are all south-facing, with views over the park. Some rooms offer balconies and view on the Dolomites. All rooms and suites offer luxurious modern bathrooms in marble featuring Occitane bath amenities, hair-dryer, vanity set, bathrobe and bathslippers. Free WiFi, minibar, LCD TVs with Pay-TV and international channels, working desk and personal safe are also at your disposal in each room. A genuine work of art in your own room has become a reality in Bolzano’s Parkhotel Laurin. Today the more modern style by the Viennese architect Boris Podrecca strongly characterises the atmosphere within the historical walls with very individual furniture design. Each room is decorated with original paintings by 20th century artists, that is part of a spectacular collection comprising 200 original works of art from Impressionism to the New Objectivity.

The young Chef Manuel Astuto delight your palate with the finest dishes from the Italian and regional culinary traditions . A light and contemporary cuisine, where the flavours of the Mediterranean meet the hearty tastes of the South Tyrolean Mountains. Maître & Sommelier Guido Demartis surprise you with a wine list that includes a wide variety of superb local and Italian vinous delights. During Summer, the restaurant opens in the park under the shadows of centenary trees

In the magnificent Laurin Bar you can experience a relaxing atmosphere in front of the large open space fireplace during winter or in the Smokers’ Lounge, where enjoy your cigarette, pipe or cigar. The superb art-nouveau murals by Bruno Goldschmitt dated 1911 are undoubtedly the bar’s main attraction. In the warm season, the Summer Lounge Bar is the ideal place to savour tasty finger food at lunch time while at evening delicious, coloured cocktails.
